Rich Blend of Materials
A soft, spa-like palette serves as the foundation, and deep aubergine and brown colored glass tiles create the depth of color and focal point. Other materials blend naturally, including concrete, limestone, teak and walnut.
Visual Volume
The vanity was suspended and indirect lighting used for illumination below to create a sense of float and more visual volume in the bathroom.
Freestanding Bench
A teak bench was used for moisture resistance in this steam shower environment. The freestanding bench can be placed directly under the water stream for a hydromassage.
Streamlined Look
Not just for vessels anymore, wall-mounted faucets are installed here over the sinks to streamline the vanity top and make it easier to clean.
Floor Plan
A partial wall was removed to add a double vanity solution. A tall linen-storage closet was paneled with mirrored doors to create a full length mirror and light reflection in the room.
